Warranty Policy

Aqua Vitale products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

Internal components (compressor, fan, electronics)
Manufacturing defects
Functional failures not caused by misuse

What is NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear (filters, UV lights, consumables)
Damage caused by improper installation or operation
Use outside recommended temperature/humidity conditions
Damage caused by water quality, power surges, or external factors
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Customer Responsibilities

Follow all instructions in the user manual
Replace filters as recommended
Use the machine in appropriate environmental conditions

Proof of purchase
Description of issue
Photos or videos

We may:
Provide troubleshooting guidance
Send replacement parts
Arrange repair
Replace the unit if necessary

Shipping & Service

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty returns unless otherwise agreed
Aqua Vitale may provide parts or remote support before approving returns
