Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aqua-vitale.com. Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the size and nature of our products, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important

Products that have been used, installed, filled with water, or show signs of operation are not eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Used or installed machines
Custom or special-order items
Clearance or discounted items
Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once approved, a new order can be placed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
